Dee's Sexy, Spicy, Shrimp, Sausage, and Peppers

The marinated garlic shrimp complimented the sweet spicey sausage complimented each. I didn't combine the two because I wanted to taste them separately and it worked. I served it just like the picture. I will add some italian seasoning and select Angel Hair Pasta next time I make this and that is not too far off. I used Vermicelli Spaghetti which was good but think the thinner Angel Hair Pasta will help make the sauce more flavorful. Great recipe and my hubby and I really enjoyed the sweet and spicy flavorful dish.

Tasty Orange-Oatmeal Muffins

I juiced a few oranges and had leftover pulp so I added 2 tablespoons of pulp and 4 tablespons more milk to the recipe. I added cranberries instead of raisins which added some tangy flavor which I like with citrus. I baked the muffins 5 minutes longer and they turned out perfect and crispy around the edges but very moist on the inside. Super easy to make. Fresh and orange delicious. Love, Love, Love.

Creamy Smoked Salmon Pasta

My husband and I really enjoyed the creamy sauce with the penne pasta. We marinated and smoked the salmon in a citrus brine and used 10 oz. of the moist smoked salmon pieces in this dish. I used parmassean cheese and broccoli instead of romano and peas. I also used fresh mushrooms and 2% milk but only 4 T butter. I will make it again.

Roast Adobo Pork Loin

Didn't change a thing. The rub was a perfect compliment for the pork tenderloin that was so tender and tasty. Will have again and again.

Asian Salmon

I made the recipe with no variation but next time I will reduce the brown sugar to 1 1/2 tsp. as I thought it was too sweet. I will also use less oil. Otherwise the ingredients were perfect for my 1 1/2 lb. salmon filet. The salmon was marinated for 2 1/2 hrs. and baked for 20 minutes. I thought it came out of the oven looking beautifully, nice and golden, the marinating sauce glaze was golden and bubbly. I was very moist and flavorful. Since, I have shared the recipe with several friends and they love it. All of us think it is a keeper.

Pork Tenderloin with Orange Marmalade Glaze

This pork roast turned out very good. I heavily basted the 2 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin roast and I still had left over. I use Orange-Pineapple Marmalade instead. I will adjust the marmalade glaze ingredients for a 1 1/2 lb. roast but still use a 2 /12 lb. pork roast. I will diffenently try again.
