Simple Whole Wheat Bread

We have a little one here who can't have honey, so I switched out the honey for: 3tbls of brown rice syrup in yeast mixture while it proofs. Then 2.5tbs sugar into the bread mixture. The yeast still becomes wonderfully foamy, and the bread is delicious and sweet! (I make 2 loaves instead of 3. If you use the full recipe, you should sub in more rice syrup and sugar.)
