Company Cauliflower

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2004
This is now one of my favourite side dishes. I made a few alterations as a few others had suggested s it needed more flavour. I sauteed some onion and garlic and mixed it in with the cauliflower/sour cream mixture. I added a couple tablespoons of ranch dressing, I think it may have made a difference... I would suggest making a bit more of the bread crumb topping, it was my favourite by far. This is definately a treat, and tastes just as good, eaten as leftovers.

Chocolate Pecan Delite

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2004
MMM... MMM...Good! This was very tasty! Very light dessert. I think I would add a little sugar to the crust the next time too. I layered the Cream cheese mixture and the pudding mixture like a couple people had suggested. I sprinkled the top of the whipped cream with Shaved chocolate, skor bits and pecan pieces. Fabulous!! Thanks Bonnie!!

DEEELISH!!! This was very good! Very easy, didn't make many alterations at all. I used Breton Herb & Garlic Crackers... worked out wonderfully. I absolutely would recommend this to anyone!! Thank you Michele!

Banana Peanut Butter Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2004
This turned out really good! I used 1/2 cup apple-Raspberry sauce instead of the butter, added a little more chunky peanut butter, vanilla & cinnamon as well. Plus a few pecan pieces & a handful of chocolate chips. This turned out very nice and moist, with a great taste that is definately different but very tasty. Definately give it a go!

Basil Shrimp

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2004
Wow, this was really good! I ended up using normal French's mustard because I couldn't get brown mustard. It still tasted great! I made this for a get together and everyone loved it! Even people that don't like mustard loved this and was surprised that mustard was even an ingredient. Definately try this, you'll be glad you did!

Bran Flax Muffins

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2004
These are fabulous muffins! I used 2Tbsps of apple sauce as a few others had suggested and I used half whole wheat flour and 1/2 all purpose and I never would have known the difference!! Very moist, and you could pretty much subsitute many different things into this recipe. I may try a few chocolate chips the next time for a little different taste and sweetness! Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe-It' definately a keeper!!

Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies II

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2004
I wouldn't go as far as saying that these are the best CCC's ever. I did use whole wheat flour which may have made a difference in the way these turned out... not sure this is one I will keep.
