Caprese Pasta Salad

Excellent! This was great tasting. Followed the recipe exactly. I really like tomatoes so I'll probably add some more next time but that's all. Perfect to pack for lunch and great with cheesy ciabatta bread :)

Vegetarian Penne

This is VERY good! I followed the directions exactly. Advice to someone trying this: while preparing the sauce I thought it seemed too salty and like it wasn't enough, but it's perfect! Well, I did add some parmesan slices on top of it :o) EXCELLENT!

Creamy Dill Dipping Sauce

So simple to make! I had a food "emergency" because I had chips and no dip! I used a sour cream made of tofu and it was very good. Wonderful with veggies!

Banana Smoothie

I'll be honest with you. I picked this recipe because I actually had the main ingredients in the house (need to go to the store!). I didn't have rose water and totally forgot the nutmeg. Still, it was a very simple and quick smoothie that was very refreshing.

Green Bean and Mushroom Medley

I really love mushrooms and (big surprise here) the butter makes the mushrooms ten times better!! I enjoyed this medley. I personally am not a huge fan of salty mixes so I was happy to reserve a little of the seasoning - perfect for me:)

Cheese Fondue

Holy amazing!!! This is the best! My Mom and I couldn't stop:) We made the recipe exactly as it is on here. We used both French Bread and Hawaiian Bread - I was pleasantly surprised by the Hawaiian Bread! And in case any of you want a glass of wine to go with it that's PERFECT, try the Kendall-Jackson Riesling. What a wonderful pairing. This fondue made my New Years perfect. Thank you!!

Balsamic Mushrooms

I LOVE mushrooms and Balsamic Vinegar is one of my favorite ingredients. I like that the mushrooms didn't have to cook for too long and weren't mushy. I did add shallots like another review mentioned but this would have still been great without them. THANK YOU!!!

Crab Quiche

I liked it, but I love crab. Soooo, if you're not a huge fan of crab, you might overdose on it:) Oh plus, I used the fake crab (the stick looking kind) and I'm willing to bed the "meatier" version probably mixes a LOT better. Thanks for this recipe!

Baby Spinach Omelet

This omelet is DELICIOUS!! I've made it with real eggs and with egg substitute. The real eggs were a little fluffier, but the taste was the same. And as skeptical as I was of the nutmeg....I've made it two days in a row now! YUMMY!!!
