Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies are very good. I added a good cup of walnut pieces. Used half brown and half white sugar and 3 bananas. I ended up with 30 cookies. They are great for the office! Thanks!

Fantastic recipe! I took this to work and everybody loved it. Living in the Southwest I served the puffs with salsa on the side. A winner!!! Also great for RV camping as they heat up well in the microwave.

Cranberry Sauce I

Butter Flaky Pie Crust

Apple Stuffed Chicken Breast

This was pretty good, looked nice too. I added more wine and more water, we like a lot of gravy. Quite a challenge to roll these thigs up. I used string, had no luck with toothpicks. Good recipe, my husband and I enjoyed it. I served it with egg noodles and steamed broccoli.

Chicken, Stuffing and Green Bean Casserole

I needed a quick meal and this was great. I did not prepare the stuffing but instead added water to the chicken soup and added some more vegetables. I also added some milk and butter, mixed it all up, put it in the baking dish and after 45 minutes it was done. We had a green salad with it. Will make it again.

Pumpkin Loaf

I searched for a spur of the moment recipe for pumpkin bread and made this one because I had everything at home anyways. It is great!!! I'm taking half to the office tomorrow! I added one egg, but I think it would have been just as good.
