Oatmeal Pancakes II

Very delicious. Just the right amount for my two kids and me for breakfast. I made them in a blender and also added 1/2 banana.

Apple Coffee Cake With Brown Sugar Sauce

Great flavor. Very moist and delicious. I found that it took just under an hour to bake (and even then the bottom was a little overdone).
