Cinnamon Rolls III
Instead of dumping the first nine ingredients in a bread machine, I don't have one so I proofed the yeast first with the warm water and sugar for 10 minutes. I used the full 3.4 oz vanilla pudding (didn't use sugar free as a reviewer said it did not taste good), not half of that. I had the dough rise twice instead of once, the first after mixing in my food processor and the second after cutting into rolls with a sharp knife. I also made the filling (used 1 stick of butter, 1 cup brown sugar, and 2 Tablespoon cinnamon, no pecans since my son doesn't like nuts) into a paste so that it doesn't fall off when rolling. I froze some of the rolls for baking later in the week. I saved some frosting for that time. It sure is a long process, but worth it!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
I used chocolate pudding since I did not have any vanilla pudding. Turned out nice and chocolatey. I would leave them in the oven a little longer since taking them out when they are still soft, will cause them to be too soft and fall apart in the cookie jar when you reach for them. I placed a Callebaut white chocolate disk on top of each cookie to give it a professional look.

Baked Kale Chips
I tried out this recipe thinking this was going to be a great substitute to chips at my house and my husband warned me that kale only belongs in the buffet display. Well I wanted to prove him wrong and so I set out to make this and added Parmesan cheese, lemon pepper seasoning, and dash of salt. I gently tossed the cut up kale in the olive oil and thought how wonderful this will be! After baking two trays of it I had to toss it in the trash! I could not stand it! Don't think I don't like healthy veggies, I love them but this left a bad taste in the mouth and I was very disappointed,
