Cold Roasted Moroccan Spiced Salmon

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2011
I made this for a dinner party.I made it exactly as written and served it cold. My guests loved it! It is so simple to make. After I took it out of the oven, I let it sit for the recommended time. Then I cut off a piece to try it warm. It was tasty that way as well, but a bit sweeter than it wound up tasting when I had it cold. The rub actually becomes like a glaze on the top after sitting in the fridge. If you are serving this to people who like their salmon well done, you might want to keep it in the oven a bit longer. My salmon was 1 inch thick and I let it sit after coming out of the oven but it was still a bit more pink in the middle than some people might like. It was exceptionally moist though. I will make this again.

Ground Turkey Noodle Bake

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2008
I made this recipe using no-yolks noodles, 99% lean turkey and no-salt added tomato sauce. I expected it to be quite bland but the cream cheese, parsley and mozarella made it so tasty. This was quite filling and even better the next day. I would definitely make this again! Thanks for a yummy recipe.

Laura's Quick Slow Cooker Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2007
Loved it! As other reviewers suggested, I replaced one of the cans of soup with a can (10.5 oz) of diced tomatoes with green chilis. Cooked it on high for 4 hours and it had a perfect consistency. I served it over baked potatoes and it got gobbled up fast. Would definitely make again but might add some tobasco for some more zip (we like things spicy). Very easy and tasty!

Turkey Stuffing Roll-Ups

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2005
This dish was even tastier as a leftover. My turkey slices were cut thin and the turkey would tear when I rolled it. It didn't matter at all to my boyfriend however, who ate it up happily. The french fried onions remained nice and crispy. Overall, a yummy, easy dish.

Florentine Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2003
This was great! It was very easy to make and everyone who tried it asked for the recipe. I brought it in for an office snack and it was gone before the morning was over. One person in my office said it was "restaurant quality." I will definitely make this again.

Hot Mexican Spinach Dip

Reviewed: Apr. 23, 2003
This recipe was easy to make but I wasn't too pleased with the outcome. I found it a little soupy and a bit too spinachy. My boyfriend, however, gobbled it down, and claimed it was "a triumph." I will try this again. Thanks!

Barbecued Beef

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2003
This recipe is great! I received my first crock pot for the holidays and this was the first meal I made using it. My boyfriend said it was "heavenly." It was even better the next day. Thanks for a wonderful recipe!
