Peach Pie the Old Fashioned Two Crust Way

To be honest, I've never made a good peach pie until trying this was perfect! I did not change or add an ingrediant and the pie was firm but soft, with no extra juice making a mess in the pie pan. I, too, poured the lemon juice over the peaches, gently stirring while the juices drained out of the colander. I let it drainn while I prepared the flour mixture...worked great!!!
