Black Pepper Beef and Cabbage Stir Fry

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2013 good! I just made this tonight and hubby and I loved it. I heated the oil with red pepper flakes (lots for heat) added grated carrots and a little bit of hoisin sauce (homemade). I also added a beef bullion cube to the water before adding the corn starch. I served these over plain romaine noodles and they knocked our socks off! Thank you so much for the recipe....I may be able to cook afterall. :-)

Pumpkin Bread IV

Perfect! Only change was I used Pumpkin Pie Spice instead of Cinnamon & Nutmeg, but otherwise I followed and cut to one loaf and it was gone in 2 sittings (just me and my husband) Now I know I need to make multiple loafs at a time - Thank you for posting this recipe, I will make often!

Amish White Bread

Wow! I'm new to this whole bread baking and after 5or 6 recipes that were all dissapointing to some degree, I Made A Perfect Dough with this recipe! I actually halved the recipe (In case I messed up again) and made 8 nice size hamburger buns which turned out BEAUTIFUL! I am now making a loaf bread with this recipe - thank you, thank you , thank you for posting this "Kelley-proof" recipe!

Restaurant Style Salsa

I loved this recipe! Way too easy (even for me!) I didn't have the exact diced tomatoes the recipe called for, I used 2 - 14.5 oz cans of Rotel Diced with Cilantro and Lime Juice and 1 - 14.5 oz can of Diced with Green Chiles. Since they gave it the Cilantro and the Lime Juice, I didn't need to add those two ingredients. I added 1/2 chopped onion (I love ONION!) and garlic and had no jalapenos so those were omitted....but end result was YUMMY! I will definately be using this from here more jar salsa!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Wow....this turned out so tasty! I am by no means a wiz in the kitchen but we had some Honey Crisp apples that needed to be used up so I stumbled across this recipe. I used pillsbury ready crust and after reading other reviews, I added 1 tsp of cinnamon to the sugar/butter mix and poured most of it over the apples and the last of it on the top crust (I didn't lattice the top) and baked 45 mins on 350. It came out so beautiful and tasted incredibly good. I still cannot believe I MADE THAT PIE! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!
