Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2015
Absolutely incredible recipe. I only had French vanilla instant pudding as opposed to just straight vanilla so I don't know if that changed things, but if it did it was worth it. Plus I didn't have walnuts so I swapped them for pecans. Can't wait to make again!

Delicious Egg Salad for Sandwiches

Reviewed: May 28, 2013
So good! I accidentally put in a tbsp of mustard as opposed to a tsp by accident (yes I had been drinking and I read it wrong) but I think I liked it better that way. Thanks for this!

Creamy Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2013
Hmmmmmm......so I don't know about this one. I followed the recipe exactly and it was just ok. The egg noodles seemed to make things a bit bland. I should've known better and added some salt and pepper because it really needed it. With a few tweaks this could be a solid casserole.

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2013
Followed this exactly and it was out of this world good! I had a ton of leftovers and used them to make pulled pork enchiladas later in the week and those were even better. This is going to become a staple in my house. Thanks!

Hot Asiago and Spinach Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2012
Wow! Best spinach dip I've ever had! Just a couple small changes : I used fresh spinach because that's what I had on hand and I replaced the 1/2 cup of mayo with a 1/2 cup of plain Chobani Greek Yogurt. The yogurt made it so light and airy. Amazing!

Three Packet Slow Cooker Roast

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2012
This was the first time I've ever made pot roast and I have to say, this was outstanding! I followed it exactly with the exception of throwing in some quartered red skin potatoes. After I took the roast and potatoes out I threw a half cup of flour into the broth, turned up the crock pot to high and let it simmer for abouut 10 minutes. This produced with question the most delicious gravy I've ever had in my entire life. In fact I used the rest of the gravy 2 nights later on a baked pork loin and it was delicious! I wish I could give this recipe 10 stars! Thanks :)

Skillet Pork Chops Florentine

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2012
I took some other people's advice and seasoned the chops with some seasoning salt and some pepper before browning them. I also threw in some garlic and mushrooms when I added the sauce. Also I only had fresh spinach so I waited until the end to add that. This was awesome! An easy 5 stars. Thanks for adding!

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2012
I've made this recipe quite a few times now and it's officially become a staple in my house. I've changed up the baking time and method just a little though. After I brown the chops in the skillet I transfer them to a greased baking dish. Then I put in about 3 tablespoons of water around the sides, cover with foil and bake at 350 for the stated 25 minutes. This makes them super moist! Awesome recipe!

Prosciutto-Wrapped Chicken Breasts with Herbed Goat Cheese

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2012
Ok so I normally try and follow the recipes on here exactly as written but in this case I had to change it a bit. I'm getting married in just a few months so in the interest of trying to eat healthy until that day, I had to leave off the prosciutto. Also I don't like dates so I left those out too. I do however love red peppers (which I understand are very different than dates) so I added those in and then followed the rest of the recipe. The result was outstanding! Me and my girl actually packed the rest for lunch the next day and I swear they were even better! Thanks :)

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2012
This was pretty good. People are saying it's too salty but I didn't think so. I did find it to be a tinge dry though. I think I'll cook it for less time next time I make it. Thanks!

Pecan Pie V

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2012
I don't bake too often but Pecan Pie is my GF's favorite so I wanted to give it a try. This was so easy and it was so good. I think I'll adjust the cooking time in the future like others have said but other than that I won't change anything. Thanks for sharing :)
