Curry Pumpkin Soup
This is wonderful! I did read other reviews and tweaked it a little bit - replaced the half/half with Coconut Milk, used brown sugar instead of white, substituted chicken broth in place of vegetable broth, added about a teaspoon of ginger, extra curry (I like mine strong), and added four cooked, cut up chicken breast to the soup (since I was serving it as the main dish). Serving it with a little french bread made it a perfect cold weather soup! Will definitely be making this again!

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball
Great recipe. Everyone always raves and wants the recipe. Be sure to us real butter, not margarine, the cheese ball will set up better. I also like to roll mine in the heath brickle and pecans. yummy!

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles
Great cookie recipe. I used two different cookie sheets while baking (my stone and a metal pan). The cookies on the baking stone turned out a little flatter, but were much more moist and chewy compared to those baked on the metal sheet. Hubby said they were perfect!
