Easy Meatloaf

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2014
This was great! Used 1lb organic beef, 1 lb turkey, don't really measure ingredients, so just tossed everything together that was listed. I added the Worcestershire sauce, sauteed just half an onion in a little butter, also sauteed some mushrooms and added them. Oiled and seasoned 2 potatoes and cooked them on the rack next to the meatloaf, added steamfresh green beans to the meal. Awesome dinner!

Eve's Chicken Quarters

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2012
Yummy recipe! Used one cup of water with Uncle Ben's rice and a can of cream of chicken soup. Cooked about an hour. Chicken just fell off the bone and the rice was so tasty from the juices! Nice easy way to cook leg quarters, thanks!

Four Egg Yellow Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2010
I agree with another reviewer, call it Cornbread Cake. Very good for cornbread, but not the birthday cake it was supposed to be. I mixed everything thoroughly, did half shortening/butter and added an extra egg. Cooked it perfect. Taking it out of the pan was difficult, it ripped some, but that's fixable. Then tasted the part that ripped and was so disappointed tasting the cornbread flavor. I won't be making this again.

Buffalo Chicken Rolls

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2009
My sons really liked this recipe. Only reason I'm giving it a 4 is, like other posters mentioned, it's not spicy enough. I'll add cayenne to it next time and it'll probably be a 5. Thanks for sharing!

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2009
I made this last week and everyone loved it! The chicken was very tender and the spice was just right. I baked them, drained the excess grease from the pan, put the sauce on the wings, then broiled them for 5 - 10 minutes on each side. Perfect! Thanks for sharing.

The World's Best Turkey

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2006
Incredible recipe! The meat simply fell off the bones. I usually don't like white meat, but this recipe made it as moist as the dark meat. Thanks!
