Sunshine Toast

I have been eating "Toad In A Hole" (as we call it) for 40 years. The kids love it and they get to make the holes so it's a lot of fun. I use texas toast and two eggs for my own and the regular sliced bread for theirs. I have lost count of how many variations I have tried. Play with this recipe by beating the egg and adding your favorite ingredients like peppers, onions, cheese and even crumbled bacon or sausage. I call it "omelet toast" and use the texas toast for these types. Enjoy!

Japanese Chicken Wings

Outstanding! Not sure why people change the recipe and then rate and review. Everyone that changed the recipe to make it healthier has no idea what they are missing! Your finished product is nothing like those that follow the recipe because frying in the butter completely changes the flavor and the texture of the breading. If not done correctly the sauce doesn't soak into the breading and complete this masterpiece! Thank you TLTRN

Foolproof Rib Roast

I have cooked my rib roast this way for years and it has never failed. Doesn't matter what size roast you are cooking because all you have to do is let it stay in during the last cooking period until it's done to your liking. Give an approximate time you will serve the roast and let the roast determine the exact time you serve it. If your guests have to wait so be it. This one is worth the wait!
