Chinese Spicy Hot And Sour Soup

Very good.I didn't put pork in mine and it was fine.You can make this soup as hot or sour as you want.This soup is inexpensive to make and I will make it again!!!!!!YUMMY

Baked Soy Lemon Chops

French Silk Chocolate Pie I

This is a nice light and fluffy pie. Raw eggs are often used in chocolate mousse and silk pies.Don't pass this one up.

Mongolian Beef II

This is a nice start to "Mongolian Beef" but is missing something... I think it is hot bean sauce which you can find online if you can't find it at the store.

I thought this cookie was going to be great with all the good reviews.Russian tea cakes are a dry cookie but these were really dry and didn't melt in your mouth like they should.I think the recipe has to much flour and not enough confectioners sugar in the dough.I had two other people taste the cookies and they thought the same thing.Edible yes but not a keeper.

Quick and Easy Cheese Bread

I had to make this bread with all the mixed reviews.I used 1 c of milk and garlic powder as suggested by other reviews.This bread is crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside.It is a bit on the sweet side.I would make this again except I would omit the sugar and add more cheese and spices.Great bread to play around with different ingredients.

Aussie Chicken

I followed this recipe exactly. Bacon was way to crisp after baking it in the oven.(almost burnt)Just keep in mind the recipe cooks it twice. Had a ton of sauce left over and didn't care for it. Great reviews from alot of others...My family just didn't like it.I give it a 2 because it was fun to make.

Scrambled Eggs Done Right

Great recipe.Light fluffy eggs. I LOVE mayo just use a good brand like Best Foods/Hellmans.Don't use miracle whip(too nasty and sweet).

Pollo a la Crema

I changed this recipe just a little.I used 3 chicken breast and used tomato paste instead of ketchup and I used Knorr brand granulated chicken broth(1 1/2 tsp).No flour.I added sauted fresh mushrooms.Really close to authentic.Will make this again. Thanks for the recipe.

Quick and Easy Clam Chowder

This recipe has such great reviews I thought I should try it.I gave it a 3 because it was edible.This tastes just like a can of clam chowder.You can kick it up a bit at the end by adding a splash of sherry and fresh grated parmesan cheese.I should have known...Scratch is always better than a can.

Apple Enchilada Dessert

Really good recipe.The only change I made was using 1/3 C water.I did place under broiler to crispen up a bit. Vanilla ice cream on top at the end a real must.Will make again.

Soda Cracker Cookies

I have been making these for years. If you want them to look more appealing try melting the chocolate first then drizzle over crackers.Very addictive.
