Amy's Marvelous Marbled Cheesecake
This recipe is awesomeeeee ! In spite of the small amount of cheesecake you will get, the taste is very delicious like every reviewer talked about. I actually used 3 ( 12 ounces ) of cream cheese and used 3 eggs - although the cake still not much you can get, but its just enough for me & my family since we're not one-big-slice-cheesecake-fans. We eat with desire portion - small scale. and in spite the fact that I add up more cream cheese and egg, I didn't add more sugar onto the batter, the amount of sugar remain the same with 1 tsp of vanilla extract. The taste its just what I look for, not too sweet cheesecake - more on cheese taste.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
I love this recipe. I have tried make it since 2010 when I found this recipe. & just till now i decided to give some review here. hihi. A bit info for those who want to frost it with royal icing or etc. , you guys should reduce the sugar by half. yep half. It because later on you will roll the dough with powdered sugar not the flour to prevent the dough become harden and so its already help the dough sweeten more a bit. & by the time after you frost the cookies, its already sweet enough. Its gonna be tooo sweet if you didn't reduce the conclusion. Happy Baking ! :)

Pesto Sauce
Its turn out to be awesome ! My friend like it very much - he's actually a food lover, so he always have his own opinion on food ( criticize ) . So by getting 'approval' from him on this one, I feel totally great ! I took advice from other reviewer so end up I use only 1/2 cup walnuts, 2 cloves garlic, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup olive oil :)
