French Onion Dip From Scratch

Pretty bland and salty when done as is. Saved it with added spices of Cayenne, cumin, extra white or black pepper, and some onion powder.

Rockin' Salsa

As written it was quite mild for me, so I added 1 cup of jalapeƱos and some jalapeno powder and it was ok, not great. I tried it first without the sugar as I did not want that many carbs, but it was quite bitter. I think the bitterness came from the membranes of the peppers which I left in there, but I'm not positive. The only other place it could be from is the tomato paste, which seems a long shot. I omitted the salt as I am on a low salt diet and even with canned jalapenos it still came to around 50mg per 2 Tbs. serving. Hopefully after it sits awhile it will seem hotter and a bit more flavorful.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dressing

Very good and enjoyable. It seems quite salty though with both cans of soup and added salt. It also seemed a bit too watery. We will do it again with only one soup and no added salt. It also has tons of butter in it. We'll try to cut it in half. With the butter in our cornmeal recipe and the amount stated above there was 1 and 1/2 sticks of butter in the recipe....

Super Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Enchilada Meat

Not bad. The chicken turns out very tender. The sauce is ok but not my favorite. Next I will cook the chicken in green chile sauce. I bet that will be even better.

Chicken Enchiladas I

Great when I changed it up. Way too much fluid in the original. I went with only Hatch green chili sauce 15 oz. instead of water, tomato sauce and taco sauce, and the enchiladas were great. Still a bit wet but great. Also cooked 5-10 minutes more as 20 minutes didn't heat em up enough.
