Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2004
This was very tasty, but I did scale the recipe down a bit. It makes a lot! I was also sceptical about the sour cream, but it somehow adds something.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 5, 2004
I altered this recipe a bit according to one review. I used 1/4 white sugar & 1/2 brown sugar & I used a dash of vanilla with 3 tablespoons of flour, as well as topping the cookies with a hersey kiss(left over from the holidays). I also cooked the cookies for about 12 minutes (too chewy at 8 mins). They were delicous. So easy as a last minute dessert. Will make again.

Brownie Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2004
OH MY GOD! This was sooo good. If you are a chocolate lover this one is for you. I made this for a Christmas dessert and everybody had seconds. I used crumbled Oreo cookies as the garnish (my fiance's idea). And wow...so easy to make.

Mostaccioli with Spinach and Feta

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2004
I made this one for my father & fiance and they loved it. I actually made it with frozen chopped spinach and it was pretty good. Next time I will use fresh spinach and I'm sure it will be more tasty.

Baked Chicken on Rice

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2003
This was just okay. I made some alterations to the recipe according to many of the readers. I reduced the amount of milk, I used both cream of mushroom soup & celery soup(reduced those amounts too). I also reduced the time to 45 mins covered & 15 mins uncovered. It just tasted like cream of mushroom soup on chicken with rice. It did not add any flavor to the chicken. Nothing special or good about this recipe at all. I will not make this again.

Oven-Fried Pork Chops

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2003
These were great & easy to make. The chops stayed nice & tender. I served it up with biscuts & gravy (per my fiance's request). One for the recipe file.

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2003
This was great and so simple to make. The only thing I changed was I added a little grated Provolone cheese (I had some in the frig) and it came out delicious. I will make this again.

Egg Fried Rice

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2003
This recipe was so tasty and so easy to make. I followed some of the other reviews & added an extra egg and instead of green beans I used frozen peas(1 cup). This is a keeper. Thanks!

The meatloaf was so delicious and moist. Very easy prep. My sister & my boyfriend raved about it. No doubt I will make this again.

Scallops and Spinach over Pasta

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2002
I agree that this recipe lacked flavor. I used minced garlic, but next time I would use only fresh garlic and possibly fresh spinach.

Spinach Lasagna III

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2002
This was very good. The only chages I made were to add more garlic(can never have enough) and I used low-fat ricotta and mozzarella cheese to reduce whatever calories I could. It came out delicous. I will make this again..it's a keeper.
