I love to cook! My mother had me in the kitchen since I was around 7 and I was cooking full-course meals for my family of 7 by the age of 9 years old. My mother and my best friend's mom, Ms. Lillian, were excellent cooks when I was a young child and I always wanted to be a great cook like them. It is always nice to come into the house and smell good tasting food cooking or to come home and have a great meal and a really delicious dessert. It really makes your house a home. The 'Million Dollar Pie' was one of the best pies I had ever had and Ms. Lillian used to make it. I have never had it since she made it. she passed away on Labor Day in 1988. Just this week, I had been thinking about her pie, so I looked for this recipe and I found it. I did a very good job making it. I want to begin baking and selling cakes, pies, and chocolates. Look for more recipes from Katwalk63.

My cooking tragedies
Burning up my crab boil (fire was too high and my apartment was smoking so bad I choked for over an hour. I was in my bedroom instead of near the kitchen after a long day of teaching 1st graders) and almost catching my apartment on fire ~ 2008.
Always burning the garlic bread in the overn when I make a nice spaghetti or grilled chicken alfredo dinner.
