I made this recipe yesterday for a family who lost someone, and they loved it. I made an extra one for my family, who also really enjoyed it. The only thing that I would probably do different the next time is add a little more ham, and use a different brand of hashbrowns. I used OreIda, and the potatoes were diced a little too large, so it didn't soften up as much as I would have liked. Also, I used a little colby jack and Montery Jack on top before adding shredded parmesan, because I didn't quite have enough parmesan, and everyone loved the top crust.
