Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2004
This is so refreshing. I used frozen berry mix, fresh strawberries and apples (left out kiwi).I used one tsp. of equal and 1 Tblsp. brown sugar...it was sweet enough. I put the fruit in the food processor and pulsed for a few seconds. This chopped it up nicely and is a timesaver. I also cut the tortillas with a pizza cutter and baked in a muffin tin.

Vegetable Lasagna in Parmesan Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2003
This was very good. I love the white sauce for a change. I used 1 1/2 tsp. dried basil in place of fresh and small curd cottage cheese instead of ricotta.

Pumpkin Dump Cake

This is a time saver if you want pumpkin pie, but don't have time to make a crust. The crunchy topping is a nice change. Will make again.

Aunt Anne's Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2003
I made this for a last minute brunch and this was very quick and really good. It was moist and not too sweet. I think I might try brown sugar in the topping as some have suggested. Cinnamon in the batter might be a nice touch, too. Will make again.

Sour Cream Coffee Cake III

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2003
I quickly put this together for a last minute brunch...it was really good. It was moist and fluffy. I also think I will use brown sugar instead of white for the topping. Cinnamon added to the batter would be a nice touch too.

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2003
Very good, but rich. I used cottage cheese (it's what I had on hand) I combined the spinach with the cottage cheese. That made it easy to spread. I also used half the spinach called for.

Reese's® Peanut Butter and Milk Chocolate Chip Brownie Bars

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2003
Rich, chewy and creamy!! These were wonderful. I did as another reviewer suggested, and scored the brownie layer before adding on the peanut butter layer...they held together just fine. I also chilled them for an hour or so which made it much easier to cut. Will make again soon.

Creamy Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2003
Very good and very easy to prepare. I used no boil lasagne and I found it was easier for me to spread the chicken/cheese mixture on the lasagne first and then add the sauce. Will pass this recipe on!

Peanut Butter Frosting

I reduced the sugar to 2 cups and added 1/2 cup more peanut butter. This was good, fluffy frosting. It had just the right peanut butter flavor. Quick and easy.

Chocolate Frosting I

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2003
Good, creamy frosting. Quick and easy. Be sure to mix the margarine and cocoa well-no lumps. I used 2 1/2 cups of powdered sugar. It was sweet enough. A little more cocoa would give it a richer chocolate flavor. Will make often!

Rich and gooey. A kid pleaser...have napkins ready! Simple to make; I let my kids make them in our sandwich maker instead of the skillet.

Hot Mexican Spinach Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2003
Sooo good. I love this dip. I did reduce the amount of spinach to a little more than half (it was all I had), I used medium spiced salsa and I used 1/2 c.evaporated milk. The thickness and flavor was just right for our preference. Will make often.

These were very good. They are a lot like peanut blossoms. I made them for my daughters classmates and they were a big hit.
