Amazing Southwest Cilantro Lime Mango Grilled Chicken Sandwiches

So good and fresh tasting!! It is a bit time consuming., but worth the time. The only thing I changed was to grill flatwraps instead of the bread suggested.

Party Pinwheels

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2005
I love this recipe. I make some changes occasionally. Instead of ranch dressing, I add some taco seasoning and a little taco sauce. I mince up the veggies and stir them in the cream cheese mix along with some shredded cheese. I spread it all on the tortilla. Yum!

Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2005
This is a wonderful recipe. I usually double the recipe to make plenty. I have substituted milk for some of the heavy cream and it turned out fine. It worked best for me to use freshly grated parmesean. Will make often.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2004
This is so refreshing. I used frozen berry mix, fresh strawberries and apples (left out kiwi).I used one tsp. of equal and 1 Tblsp. brown sugar...it was sweet enough. I put the fruit in the food processor and pulsed for a few seconds. This chopped it up nicely and is a timesaver. I also cut the tortillas with a pizza cutter and baked in a muffin tin.

This was very good. I love the white sauce for a change. I used 1 1/2 tsp. dried basil in place of fresh and small curd cottage cheese instead of ricotta.

This is a time saver if you want pumpkin pie, but don't have time to make a crust. The crunchy topping is a nice change. Will make again.
