Roasted Vegetables

These are delicious. I love using the fresh herbs. With the high heat I do watch them pretty closely after 20-25 minutes - I cut all the vegetables into bite sized pieces and they cook a little faster. My kids are not big fans of the butternut squash in this so I sometimes leave it out.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Surprised at all the top reviews when making the recipe as written. The cookies taste okay and they do look nice; however, they are very bland. Wish I had seen the suggestion to add lots of extra vanilla earlier - that may have helped.

Asian Chicken Salad

Chocolate Chip Shortbread Cookies II

Pretty good. I subsituted the toasted coconut for the pecans and thought it was a good option. I might leave out the additional coconut extract next time though.
