Traditional/classic/contemporary Thanksgiving meal...ALWAYS FUN to make with family & friends!
8 types of turkey, 7 kinds of dressings/stuffings, 12 types of macaroni & Cheese, 5-7 types of pumpkin pie, 20-25 types of "specialty" desserts, breads & rolls, etc.
EVERYBODY cooks their FAVORITES and we place it all on a gigantic banquet table...and the "THANKING" begin!:-D
My cooking triumphs
Souffle, Crème Brulee, CRONUTS (Croissant & Doughnut hybrid) & Zane's Japanese style cheesecake (it's a SAN FRANCISCO, favorite...light as air, liken to a soufflé...not "dense" like NEW YORK Style Cheesecake, but every bit as delicious)! :-D
My cooking tragedies
Chocolate seize...blooming when I was a young inexperienced apprentice...this happened to me quite a few times. I finally GOT IT RIGHT after several attempts.
Now, I can "temper" chocolate with the BEST OF THEM. HURRAY!!!
