Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
A friend recommend this recipe to me, and I'm so glad! These cookies are excellent! Highly recommend you read the reviews and follow the tips and suggestions of the other reviewers. I did and my cookies turned out superbly delicious. :) I used real butter, room temp eggs, dark brown sugar, and parchment paper and put the dough in the refrigerator for 45 minutes before baking. I took them out the oven too soon, but put them back in and they continued to rise and bake. Next time, I might cut the sugar and chocolate chips slightly and add a pinch of cinnamon. I added a pinch of cardamom and nutmeg this go for a little something extra and my husband loves them. :) These are the prettiest chocolate chip cookies I've ever made, too. Looking at them in the oven while they bake is like watching perfect cookies in a commercial.

Whole Wheat, Oatmeal, and Banana Pancakes
Great recipe! My pancakes came out very tasty. I must admit, I didn't add a banana b/c I didn't have one, but I really wanted whole wheat pancakes for breakfast and this recipe (and the reviews) looked like a winner. Also, based on other reviews, I didn't add the dry milk powder (didn't have any), but I did add nutmeg and cinnamon. So yum! My husband and I ate 2 each and froze the other 4. We took them to work for breakfast and just popped them in the toaster at work to reheat them. Everyone in my office said they smelled awesome! They tasted just as good as the first time. We will definitely remake this recipe and maybe play around w/adding other fruit. (And I'm going to try no all-purpose flour, too...some day.) Thank you!
