Apple Bread
You people that change the recipe get me! How can you review a recipe if you do not follow the original. If you change the recipe then it is YOUR recipe or in this case Jillian's. Maybe the original recipe had vanilla and the submitter forgot it. most quick bread recipes include vanilla. The funniest one is the one that said "the best recipe EVER" then went on to list all the changes she made. I do not mean to complain I just do not understand.

Ida's Lemon Mousse
I made this recipe and followed the directions some of you do not seem to think this is important! It says "beat the mixture for 10 min." You have to in order to get the mousse consistancy! If you just stir the cream whip in with a whisk you do not get the correct results. If your jello takes so long to set up you did not measure the water correctly or your refrigerator needs temp. guage checked. Anyway we all loved it!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake
this is a good recipe I only question why you would leave it in the oven for 5 hours after baking? I have many NY cheesecake recipes and they all say to leave in turned off oven with door closed for 1 hour. not criticizing, just curious. I left it for a couple of hours then proceeded as directed and it turned out great.
