Golden Sweet Cornbread
FYI : this cornbread gets very dark. Crispy edges taste like a fresh corn dog from the fair. I may have to try making mini corn dog bites for my boys with this mix.

Simple Whole Wheat Bread
My second attempt at this bread turned out perfect! Note to all beginners: the second rise took a really long time, pretty much all day. I will be making this as our sandwich bread from now on.

Cream of Wheat Griddlecakes
We loved these pancakes! You could taste the cream of wheat but it was not weird. I would it give it more stars but 400 calories for 2 pancakes seems like a lot to me. I will make these again but I will cut down on the sugar and use yogurt instead of sour cream.
