Cheesy Macaroni and Beef Casserole with Thyme

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2014
Like some of the other people I wish I would have read the reviews first. I added at least another 1/2 cup of milk. The casserole was still very dry. I would not make this again, not following the recipe this way.

Danish Pastry Apple Bars II

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2014
Very simple, tastes like pie. TO save a few calories you can skip the glaze, it's good either way. I made mine in a stoneware pan and the crust gets very nice. I also sprinkle a bit of cinnamon and sugar mised on the top crust.

No Fail Pie Crust II

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2013
I have been making pies for 39 years. This is the easiest recipe that I have ever found. Turns out perfect every time. Light, Flaky, and delicious. I can usually get 5 crusts out of a batch of this recipe. I roll mine on the thin side.

Very good and easy. Excellent flavor. I didn't have buttermilk but I always have buttermilk powder and I used that. Would definitely make again

Herbed Dumplings

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2011
Very good and easy. We made this recipe gluten free for my sons girlfriend with her special flour bought on line at Meisters Gluten Free Flour cup for cup. She added 2 tsp of xantham powder, and increased the baking powder to 3 tsp. Usually a gluten free product is a little grainier. These were very tasty. We both saved the recipe. In both forms.

Sparkling Rhubarb Spritzer

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2008
When I made this I used only 1 cup of sugar and instead I added 1 cup of pineapple juice. With this variation it was still very sweet and this is what my son wanted me to make for his punch for graduation. Very good recipe with room to adjust to your own taste.
