Peach Muffins

If I could, I would give these more than 5 stars. These are excellent muffins! The only change I made was that I used 3/4 cup of whole wheat flour and a 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour. These are delicious, and I would imagine they would taste quite good with different kinds of fruit as well. Thank you for the recipe!!

Sweet and Sour Chicken II

This was very good! My husband loved it, and I thought it was good as well. I did use flour to thicken the sauce, and it worked fine, but I did have to turn up the heat a little to get it to thicken. Very good recipe! Thanks!

Pretty Chicken Marinade

I think this might be the best grilled chicken I have ever had! SOOOO good! I did realize too late that it called for lemon juice after I had run out. I had an extra orange in the fridge from another recipe that I juiced and used instead. I don't think it made a difference. DELICIOUS! We will be making this recipe many times in the future!

Quinoa Black Bean Burgers

SOOOO delicious! My husband had a hard time with them because there was no meat in them, but he ate 2 of them. He even said he'd eat them again. I will definitely be making them again! Thanks for the great recipe. We even made them on the grill. He heavily oiled the grate and put some oil on the burgers, and they grilled very well!

Mustard Pomegranate Pork Tenderloin

DELICIOUS! We cooked it on the grill, and it was perfect! I couldn't find plain pomegranate juice, so I used blueberry pomegranate juice. Otherwise, I followed it exactly. This was a great recipe that we will be making again!

Roasted Vegetable Orzo

This dish was SOOO good! I forgot to buy the red onion at the store, so I included all the veggies but that one...although I think that you could really mix and match veggies according to your tastes. The only thing I really disagreed with was serving size info. I used the amount of veggies it called for, but I just used 4 servings of orzo according to the box (1 cup), not the entire box. That was perfect for the amount of veggies, and it was probably still more than 4 servings. Three of us ate the dish, and there was plenty left over. But it was delicious! Thanks for the recipe!

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread

DELICIOUS! This was amazingly easy just as its title says. The only thing I changed was that I put lemon juice into regular milk to make "buttermilk." This bread was a big hit at the meeting I made it for. Thank you for a great, easy, and fast bread recipe!

Dijon Grilled Pork Chops

These were DELICIOUS! The marinade is wonderful. Because of a thawing error on my part, the chops were in the marinade just shy of 8 hours, but they were still flavorful and delicious! Thank you for this wonderful pork chop recipe!

Chris' Bay Area Burger

These were delicious! We were having company over, so I had to double the recipe. Instead of doubling the hamburger, I used both a pound of hamburger and a pound of ground turkey to make them a little healthier. Because I had read that it was a little salty, I didn't double the salt. I just added an extra 1/2 tsp. It was still too much for us, but the burgers were still GREAT! Thank you for this recipe!

Grilled Salmon

I was not expecting such a wonderful flavor with so few ingredients! My husband said this is one of his favorite fish recipes, and he's not a big fish person! His 20 year old son liked it too! I made it as written except I used dried herbs and I substituted thyme for rosemary due to preference. We will definitely be making this one again!

Heather's Famous Barbeque Bunyan Burger

This is delicious! It took me longer than 30 minutes to prep, but I'm a slow veggie cutter upper. It was well worth it though. The only thing I did differently was I used olive oil to cook the veggies in instead of butter. We put the recipe together the night before which worked well. We forgot to put the BBQ sauce on before cooking, but it didn't matter. It was DELICIOUS!

Spicy Chipotle Turkey Burgers

These are the most delicious turkey burgers I have ever had! The flavor is amazing! The only issue that we had was that there was no bonding agent in it and they were hard to flip on the grill. We got it done and they stayed together better once both sides were cooked. The flavor was really amazing. We will definitely be having this again!

Peking Pork Chops

These pork chops were quite good. I made them with all of the ingredients, but we got home too late to slow cook them. So, I marinated them for an hour and we grilled them. They were very yummy! If I were to grill them again, I would marinate them longer and cook them on aluminum foil instead of on the grate because the brown sugar burned them pretty quickly. We will be having these again and I will try them as a slow cooker recipe as well!

Chile Garlic BBQ Salmon

This was fantastic! I used all of the ingredients called for, I just used frozen salmon fillets instead of a whole salmon. I also only used a pound of salmon instead of three, so I adjusted the amounts accordingly. I live in a small town and cannot ever find chile paste, so I used chile powder instead. These were delicious!!

Baked Salmon Fillets Dijon

These were quite good! My husband made them on the grill (charcoal), which added an extra flavor to them. The only problem with the grill was that we weren't able to get the top to crisp up. However, the flavor of the recipe was still great! We will be using this again...and I think it would work well with other mild fish like tilapia and swai.
