My loves!
About this Cook
I'm a 20 year old young woman, newly wed. My husband is definately a big eater and I am a big cooker so it works out. haha. We dont have any children but have 3 beautiful dogs (2 chihuahuas and a standard poodle) who are our whole life. I have a simple life and an amazing family who i cherish everyday.
My favorite things to cook
I love to bake. Cakes, cookies, brownies, etc. Anything sweet, but not too much otherwise I would have to kick up my workout routine. haha. I love to bake alot of quick meals but usually twice a week I will make a diffucult meal that takes all day but is definately worth it. Some of my husband and my favorites are meatloafs, hamburgers, different types of sandwiches, among other things.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Some of our cooking traditions include Shepards Pie at Thanksgiving and a Turkey Roast with Chu Chu (sour craut and mixed meats) at Christmas.
My cooking triumphs
Well i have had alot of those since im so young... haha. My biggest accomplishment so far was a cake featured in a magazine. It was a pool theme based cake with a little swimming pool made out of geletin and teddy graham bears swimming and sunning. Also a crushed graham cracker beach to really set the theme. Lots of stuff going on all over the cake. VERY DIFFICULT. But after 3 days it was complete and i had many compliments on it.
My cooking tragedies
Well pretty much normal ones. I havent had an extremem tradedy yet. Cakes falling, dropping random items like flour and eggs, dogs jumping up onto the table to steal a bite of what we are eating. Well maybe the last one isnt that normal but pretty normal for us haha.

Uncooked Banana Pudding
I used to have this all the time at my grandma's house but couldn't find a recipe that even came close. This is almost like having her right here again. Very Delicious and brings back the memories.
