I absolutely adore this recipe! I half this recipe and make it up on the weekend and will take it for lunch during the week. It is so easy and yummy! Also great on weight watchers. I do half this recipe, in 6 servings, and it is only 3pts each (using fat free everything of course) Love it!

Easy Cold Pasta Salad

This makes alot! I made this up and thew in some sautee'd chicken for a delicious lunch that lasted all week long! Will highly recommend to everyone that I know!

Quick and Easy Clam Chowder

I loved this recipe! While yes, it did come out a little thin. The second time I made it I added a second can of New England Clam Chowder and it was perfect! This is such an easy recipe!

Slow-Cooker Lasagne

This recipe is absolutely fabulous! We love Lasagna at my house, but the traditional way of cooking it takes SO long! Discovering this recipe was wonderful, its amazing that it never occurred to me to do this and to leave the noodles uncooked.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This is a wonderful starter recipe. I add carrots, onion, potatoes, and celery in it while it cooks and it comes out delicious! This is a household favorite. We especially love it with a pork roast instead of a beef roast.
