This recipe was very fun to make being my first seafood dish. Only things I altered was I used only a teaspoon of mustard and the amount of shrimp since I was only serving it to one person. I used about 15 out of the 30 in the the 1lb bag.
I was worried about using the same amount of ingredients for the six servings original recipe after reducing the shrimp but I was very surprised.
The butter mixture was just enough and absorbed into the shrimp quite nicely. I used cooked shrimp and it only really took about nine minutes in the oven.
Overall, wonderful recipe~ Better than going to the restaurant for Scampi.
