Bubbly Beer Cheese Soup

Loved it! I made it for St Paddy's day, for my in laws. It was a huge hit. My husband Had some douts because he hates beer. Ye of little faith. He just sent me a text, " can you make that cheese, beer soup again? Tonight?..."

Meatball Nirvana

It was so good! I did add pork to it and I didn't have all the spices it called for. Best. Meatball. Ever. Love the kick from the hot sauce and pepper flakes! Thank you for the experience!

Hot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

So good! It was a great addition to our Labor Day meal with the in-laws! My husband who's not a fan of artichokes or dips couldn't get enough! I kept to the recipe but, added mozzarella too! Mmmmm...gone!
