Jenn's Chicken Parmesano Supreme

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2013
This was the best chicken parmesan recipe I have had. I did what another review said and added the dressing on top of thechicken instead of the sauce. I also put the chicken in the fryer instead of pan frying it, but otherwise followed the recipe as directed. Everyone enjoyed it very much and I will be making this again.

Slow Cooker Dump and Go Cheesy Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2012
This is one of the BEST chicken recipes I have found here. Its new favorite, even my picky 8 yr old gobbled it up. I followed some of the other reviews and added 1 can of cream of chicken soup to the cheddar cheese soup. I also put a whole 3lb bag of frozen chicken breasts into the croc pot, seasoned with montreal steak seasoning, added the soup mix and set it on low for 8+hours. It was perfect!

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2012
This was incredible! I did just what he recipe called for, the only thing I added was some montreal steak seasoning that I sprinkled on the roast before adding the broth. I sliced it and put it back inthe juices as was recommended, and toasted french baguette style bread cut in half and then broiled with mozzarella cheese as was also recommended. I used a sirlion tip roast, 3lbs, as that is what I had in my freezer. Again, this turned out phenomonal!

Kelsey's Cheesy Bacon Breasts

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2012
This was amazing. I went with a couple reviews and didnt precook the chicken. Instead I marinated the chicken in cider vinegar, oil, and some seasoning. I also used precooked bacon to save a step and it worked wonderful The kids gobbled it up.

15-Minute Dinner Nachos Supreme

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2012
This was amazing. All my kids loved it, includng my skeptical 8yr old who only likes "plain" tacos. I did what some of the other reviewers said and added the rice after I cooked it first and ommitted the water. For the tomato soup, instead of campbells, I used my own from the "Garden Fresh Tomato Soup" recipe on this site. Fabulous! I also served it alongide "Slower Cooker Chicken Tacos". Best taco night we have had in a while!

Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2012
This was simply amazing! The only thing I did differently was that I used whatever salsa I had on hand and just added some chili powder to the chicken itself. I also left out the corn and didnt use guacamole. (we dont like it in our house.) Definately a new favorite!

Garden Fresh Tomato Soup

Reviewed: Sep. 5, 2012
I never had a happier grilled cheese! Like others I doubled the recipe since I had so many tomatoes. I also sauted garlic and onions before adding the tomatoes. I also did add some oregano and balsamic as suggested. I didnt have a food mill, so I used my blender, worked nicely. In my garden, I only had cherry tomatoes that grew, but they worked lovely. No need to chop! Just pitched them in the pot halved.

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2012
As another reviewer suggested, I served this alongside the light fettuccini alfredo, fantastic combo! I think I cooked the chicken a bit too long as it was a little dry. I think next time I will saute the chicken in some of the garlic oil before baking to get a crisper crust and cut down on the cooking time. Over all, a good chicken recipe.

Lighter Fettuccini Alfredo

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2012
as a previous reviewer suggested, I made this with the garlic chicken. Excellent combo! My 16 year old son asked me to find a fettuccini alfredo recipe and adored it! He took left overs to school for lunch the next two days! My other children ate it for "after school snack" as well. They demand it become a staple recipe. Definatey restuarant quality and very easy to make.

Asian Mushroom Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2012
This was a fantastic! I followed this exactly except I did not find mirin or Udon noodles. I used another type of asian rice noodle instead. I also recomend a squeeze of a lime wedge into your bowl! (not the entire pot) I learned that from a local vietnamese place, it's a must! My 10 year old daughter said it tasted just like the soup we have at our favorite Japanese Habatci grill. My husand who is very nit picky, agreed with her!
