Simple BBQ Ribs
I have made these twice...once as written and then once with my own additions. Both times they turned out very well and I would give them 5 stars each time (or more if I could). The second time I added my own touches. I used onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Old Bay in the boiling liquid and boiled for 1 hour. Before baking, I added a little diet root beer to the pan before covering with aluminum foil. Baked for one hour and during the last 10 minutes, I added more barbecue sauce and then broiled. Both times, friends were asking for more.

Janet's Rich Banana Bread
Made it tonight and just took the first slice while warm. Very easy, very moist, VERY delicious! Will definitely make again.

Slow Cooker Baked Potatoes
This recipe was great for its convenience. They cooked while at church and dinner was ready when we arrived home. I did not wrap the potatoes in foil but rather just used olive oil, sea salt, and pepper. The outside was crispy and the inside was cooked well. The color was a little off but everyone still enjoyed them. I still prefer baked potatoes in the oven but this works well when you don't want to fuss too much.
