Natasha's Chicken Burgers

Before seeing this recipe I used the exact recipe I use for making my Italian meatballs and the only differences between that recipe and this one is,I used a 1/4 cup of milk and fresh parsley. Also, I don't bread them. The next time I make them I'll add some sort of heat factor. I pattied mine up the day before and allowed the flavors to marinate. #Yum

Easy Alfredo Sauce I

Instead of the heavy whipping cream I used low fat evaporated condensed milk. And it was wonderful. I'm not a fan of Alfredo sauce in the restaurant, but at home...YUM! My husband loves Fettuccine Alfredo so I had to make it in order to keep him happy!

Pasta Bake

Very easy to make. I've never baked my Mostaccioli and wanted to make it like lasagna. I used turkey Italian sausage seasoned with Italian seasonings and red pepper flakes 2 cans of tomato with garlic and onion 2 jars of spaghetti sauce ricotta mixed with 2 eggs along with Parmesan and mozzarella cheese

Baked Spaghetti

I used Italian sausage instead of ground beef and in addition to Prego I used 2 cans of tomatoes. I cooked the meat, added the tomatoes and sauce with the ricotta and three cheese shreds. (It was all I had in the fridge.) I love Italian food and just decided to throw it in the oven. Really liked it. I'd never thought to put ricotta in spaghetti. I also used Barilla whole wheat spaghetti. Family liked it. Will try again.

Salsa Chicken

When I saw this recipe I thought PERFECT! I actually used the salsa on both sides and instead used Mexican cheese. The kids ended up eating theirs as a chicken taco with the Spanish rice, shredded lettuce and whole wheat shells.
