Spinach Quiche

Made this tonight. My feta cheese had gone bad, so I used all cheddar. I used only 2 tbsp butter, fresh mushroom and fresh spinach. Very tasty.

Doc's Best Beef Jerky

This recipe is very easy to make and very tasty. I made it exactly as stated except for the meat tenderizer and garlic powder because we didn't have any. I used fresh garlic instead of the powder.

Cola Chops

Very tasty. I used Pepsi Next because that is what I had and added a palmful of dried onion, one minced garlic clove, wor. sauce, and a couple of dashes of hot sauce. I used 3/4 cp of ketchup and 1/4 cp of bbq sauce and only three tbsp of brown sugar. I cooked it in an oven bag and it was very tender and moist.
