Golden Rum Cake

Made rum cake exatly per receipe. Hubby and I agree, it's the best we've ever tasted. I followed Jackie's advice on how to glaze, it worked great. It's a keeper.

Peanut Butter Fudge

Pretzel Turtles

Very good, tried 5 min. in oven with pecan on top. The rolo was melted too much and the nut slid off to the side. I'll try the other method and place the nut on top after the oven.

I've had a hard time finding a yellow cake recipe that I like. I remember my childhood friend making a 1,2,3,4, cake. I tried this one. It is very good. It's a definate keeper.

Very tasty! I added 1 clove fresh minced garlic and a few shakes of Italian seasoning. Watch carefully, it will burn around the edges quickly. Definitely a keeper!

Absolute Stress

This drink is very good. The peach schnapps gives it a sweet, the cranberry and oj give it sour. A good balance, not to sweet and not to sour.

Bahama Mama I
