Egg Noodles

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2015
Great recipe I use this all the time for anytime I need noodles. My little tidbit is I roll out the dough in a big circle. The use a pizza cutter to cut the noodles. Its much easier and saves a lot of time.

Tartar Sauce I

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2013
I like this recipe I have used it multiple times for a really good fried fish recipe I have. I normally dont eat tartar sauce cause I dont like mayonnaise, but this was very good. I love the onion in it, and I put a little extra lemon juice and pickles in it for my own personal time. This tartar sauce has gone in my recipe book!

Fruit Dip II

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2013
The only reason I'm giving this recipe 3 stars is cause I modified it. If I rate MY version it would be five stars. I mix one package cream cheese with one jar marshmallow fluff. The I folded in a tub of whip cream and added about 4 tablespoons of orange juice. I made it for a baby and everyone loved it and asked me for the recipe !! I think next time I will add coconut flakes to it and it would be even better. This is a keeper !!!

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2013
WOW when I first looked at this recipe I didn't think it would be that good, but with all the good reviews I thought I would try it. This is amazing !!! It was so moist and the breading super crunchy. It is absolutely pivotal to heat up the oil and garlic don't skip that step. The only thing I did different was cut up pepper jack and put it in the breading mix cause I didn't have Parmesan . My husband loved it I loved it. This is a keeper. Thank you !

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Reviewed: May 20, 2013
I tried this recipe for the first time about a week ago. It was super delicious! I ate it with some chicken breasts that I cooked. The only difference was I added about 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Made it sooo much better! Will be using this recipe frequently. Thank you

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2011
This was amazing. I followed the recipe exactly except I had to bake it for an hour and a half. I covered the bottom of the pan with foil and put a pan of water on the bottom shelf of the oven. It came out with no cracks, it didn't sink in. it was perfect! after the hour and half I opened the oven door and let it sit in there for an hour then put it in the freezer for three hours. noone believed that I actually made it. Thank you so much.

Raspberry Banana Bread

I loved this recipe. I substituted the water for milk and used jam instead of actual berries. And added some cinnamon as well. I will definitely use this recipe again! Thank you
