Yellow Squash Casserole
This is very similar to the recipe I've grown up loving. My mother boiled the squash until it was semi tender, then drained it. She cooked chopped onions with chopped bacon and used saltine crackers and melted Velveeta. As I've experimented with it, I've essentially kept the recipe the same, but have mixed yellow and zucchini squash, and regular or the spicy version of Cheese whiz. It's good hot and cold and when I fix it, I always end up eating WAY TOO MUCH ,,, but it SURE IS GOOD!!!!

Wings In Cola
These are great and oh so easy. I made them per the recipe the first time and they were good. Since, I've made it a few times using Dr. Pepper, less sugar, low sodium soy sauce and Cajun seasoning to add a little "BAM". Cooking in the crock pot is great for taking to work for pot luck day. Thank you for sharing!!

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup
QUICK, EASY, DELICIOUS!!! I've made it for years and my kiddos still ask for it. I do have a few additional ingredients. 1 can Cream Style Corn, 1 chopped onion and 2-3-4 chopped garlic cloves (we love the garlic in it). Usually I boil a package of boneless, skinless chicken thighs and shred them. I like that better than canned chicken and it leaves me the broth to thin with. What's really nice about this is you can make a thick hearty stew like soup, or a thinner soup. Either way its delicious!!!
