Crawfish Etouffee Like Maw-Maw Used to Make

Way too much butter, like way too much butter. Then, it specifically says to Not Brown the butter? This is the key step in the aesthetics of this dish. It should be browned (slowly). Lastly the amount of time to simmer the crawfish turns them to rubber. Ill be looking elsewhere for a recipe. Thanks though

Cranberry Sauce

Perfect! I added a pinch of cinnamon and .25 oz of unflavored gelatin halfway through boiling. It made perfect cranberry jelly!! Everyone ate this right up!

Pumpkin Bavarian Cream Tart

Sticking to this exact recipe left my tart a tad runny and way way too much filling left over, it felt wasteful. The spice is very spicy, but very tasty.
