Slow Cooker Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2015
I omitted the onion and garlic because I didn't have any. I made a dry rub with misc. spices, followed the directions. Amazing. Perfect times and prep instructions. Thank you.

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2014
So fudgy. Not cake like at all. I used my standing mixer to beat eggs, added melted the butter(microwaved), sugar, vanilla and sifted cocoa. I mixed well after every ingredient then a little more in the end. I mixed the dry ingredients together then gently hand mixed them together. I used parchment paper in my 8x8 and sprayed it with cooking spray. Convection baked at 325 for 20 min. The bars cooled, then I lifted them out of the pan with the parchment paper and cut them with a chef knife on the cutting board. Thanks for the amazing recipe. I didn't change a thing other than the convection heat, parchment paper, and I love my mixer.

Lentil Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2014
I loved this recipe. I used some left over french onion soup and chicken broth and increased the garlic. I didn't pre-soak the lentils because they cook quickly and really don't need soaking (like split peas). This recipe will be a staple for me. Thanks!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2013
I really liked this recipe. It was very easy. I did add a little pineapple juice and pineapple tidbits to the pan half way through the cooking time. I also cooked boneless skinless breasts at 350 degrees, covered with foil until the end. I checked them with a meat thermometer until they were 165. Thanks for a great recipe.

Waffles I

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2013
They were beautiful, but lacked flavor. It was edible, but I won't make it again. The Joy of cooking recipe is much better.

Pesto

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2013
This was amazing and so easy. I also added a pinch of salt as recommended by previous reviewers. The recipe does make a lot, so I froze some and will enjoy it again later. Thanks so much for a great dinner!

Pretty Chicken Marinade

Reviewed: May 21, 2012
Amazing! Used fresh garlic and Bragg's Liquid Amino instead of soy sauce. I marinated for 2 hours because that's all the time I had. We grilled the chicken. This will be a staple seasoning for us.

Tender Italian Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2011
Loved it! Kids and husband included. So easy. I followed the recipe exactly (I usually never do). I used seasoned Panko and low fat mayo. Very juicy. I baked them on a wire rack so the chicken crust remained crispy.

I loved them! I put half sharp cheddar and half feta! I also cooked the onions first and used frozen chopped spinach, thawed.

Easy Fruit Cobbler

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2011
I loved this. I was really easy also. The only reason I didn't give it a 5* is because I will add more fruit next time.

Roasted Potatoes with Rosemary

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2011
Great tasting and easy. I didn't measure anything and I added some Pleasoning. They were on the counter left over (cold) and my very pick son asked if he could eat the last few pieces...cold.
