Fluffy Pancakes
I have been buying that big 10 lb bag of pancake mix for years and it's good stuff no doubt. However I wanted a good Sunday-breakfast kind of pancake. I tried several from this site and they were ok. They weren't any different from the bagged stuff I got. So when I tried this recipe I wasn't expecting anything different. Boy was I in for a surprise! This pancake is far and above any other pancake out there. I know, it's a pancake, not filet mignon or anything.........but it is! It's the filet mignon of the pancake world! Fluffy yeah, but the aroma and taste is what blew my mind! I didn't think a pancake could taste that good! You don't have to rely on syrup and butter for the flavor. It's good alone, it's good with powdered sugar, it's good with syrup or jelly too. Seriously, I'm done with the 10 lb bag of powdered blandness. Hmmm, I'm gonna go make some now.

Perfection! First of all, the peanut butter/chocolate combo is to die for. Second of all, make these small enough and you can just pop 'em. Which atually is bad if you don't have stretchy pants on hand. :)

Blue Cheese Chicken Wing Dip
Ok so my husband is out getting the ingredients for this recipe as we speak for a huge football party. I have been told that I am to bring this or a riot will be in effect! I have made this many times over but not exactly as the recipe states. I mix all the ingredients together, I don't do layers. Also I double and sometimes triple the chicken. It depends on how it's requested. This is by far the best dip I have ever made (other than guacamole). Thanks for the recipe!
