To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2012
love these! i always double this but the single streusel topping is enough for three batches! for those having problems with purple batter from frozen blueberries, rinse them in a sieve a minute or two. It also helps them thaw

Veggie Pizza

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2011
this is a great recipe - ive been doing this for years, but i prefer a homemade crust to crescents, because crescents get soggy overnight while a REAL pizza crust doesn't. (it may get slightly stale, but i don't mind that) a homemade crust also packs more crunch, and you can bake flavor into it, giving more versatility

Aunt Blanche's Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2011
these are exactly what i was looking for. fluffy, crumbly, and sweet. i doubled the recipe, so what happened to me might not be typical - the batter came out sort of like cookie dough instead of muffin batter, but i added 1 and 1/2 cups of milk and it was fine. they baked up perfectly and ill make these again and again

Baked Potato Soup V

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2011
i make this all the time with no changes. my family ABSOLUTELY LOVES this stuff. when i have guests over, i make it for 18 servings, which usually comes out really thick, and then i just add hot chicken broth after the soup is finished cooking to warm the soup back up for everyone and to thin it.

Chocolate Chip Muffins

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2011
I made several changes to this recipe. For starters, i doubled it, because the original recipe was very small for my family of 5. i took the advice of other reviewers and added brown sugar and vanilla. Since these are chocolate chip muffins, sort of a "dessert" type muffin, i thought they should be a little bit on the sweet side as opposed to most other types, which these were (i dont know how they would have tasted without my changes). So with that said here are my final changes (recipe doubled) 3 tbs brown sugar, 2 tsp vanilla, 2 c. milk These were great in texas style muffin pans for 20 minutes. very moist and crisp on top, they didnt stick or crumble

Quick and Easy Brownies

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2011
These brownies are amazing! I decresed the flour to 1 cup as suggested and they have the fudgy texture i crave in brownies. I usually top these with the cheesecake topping in the Cheesecake brownies recipe. I also double both recipes because no one can get enough. My family and friends rave about these!
