Homemade Mac and Cheese
Great recipe. I added more elbow macaroni (12 oz) but keep the rest the same. I did add some onion powder and garlic salt and it was great. i didn't have any breadcrumbs but didn't miss it. As I said it was great. I'm going to get so fat. ^-^

The Best Lemon Bars
I have made this recipe many times and everyone loves them. I bring them to work and my boss's eye's light up, she can't get enough of them. She did try making them herself but they failed (don't know what she did wrong). So it is my job to make these at least one a month. They are delicious, and you can't go wrong if they are gone in one day. I do manage to save some for me at home. So I recommend these to all and I did change one thing, I added the lemon rind since it gives it any even better lemon taste.

Egg in a Hole
I've made these for years. I use a shot glass to make the hole in the bread. Put a little bit of butter melted in the pan, next the bread and then break the egg into the center. I just look to make sure it gets a bit firm and then flip it over for the other side. EASY! I have never used bacon grease but to each his own. My kids loved it and they still make it for themselves now. Some like the egg really firm others a bit looser.
