Sweet and Sour Pork II

Used left over pork and left out additional salt as I frequently find soy sauce overly salty. Quite tasty when first prepared...but really gets its zip the next day. The difference is worth preparing for...

Pork Chop Suey

Simple and tasty. Was a great way to use left over pork roast. I'll make it again but with low sodium soy sauce and more bok choy and water chestnuts for extra crunchiness.
