Easy Mexican Casserole

OMG! This is incredible. Followed the recipe,except I did not have the cheese or avacado the first time I made it. I have made it many times since and it is one of our fav's. Spicy goodness will really wake you up in the morning.

Jalapeno Steak

Wow! This is really good! I left the New York steaks marinate for 2 days. Charcoal grilled(the only way) them! So spicy good!

Habanero Cookies

Whew! These are the taste treat of the year!! Made them for my son's visit,as he likes HOT stuff. I don't even like cookies,but am afraid if he doesn't get here soon there will only be crumbs left. One problem- oven temperature, I had to set mine higher. These are a very moist fruity delicate cookie,sounds lady-like,but is no weak lady cookie!!! Love them!!!

Egg in a Hole

Hard to believe doing such a simple thing could produce such a great tasting dish. We love these. I use butter instead of the bacon grease. Do toast your buttered "holes" and serve them on top of the egg. Great dish!
