Blonde Brownies I
YUM YUM YUM. Only changes I made was that I mixed the chocolate chips in with the rest rather than sprinkling on top. I also cooked them in an 8x8 pan. Took about ten minutes longer to bake but turned out great. A helpful hint is to let them completely cool before cutting and serving as if not they don't hold together. Great recipe. Thank you

Big Soft Ginger Cookies
As I was home on a Sunday morning with only 1 of my 3 children I decided it was time to do some long over due baking. I was looking for new recipes to try, with then choosing the best few to make and give out at Christmas time. I found this recipe and wasn't too sure about it but decided I would give it a shot. OH MY GOSH.....these are the BEST cookies I have ever made. I followed the recipe to a T, with refrigerating the dough for about an hour before rolling into balls. They turned out so soft and pure amazing. Everyone loves them, even all my day care children. Thank you for such an awesome recipe.
