Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole
Delicious! As I am not feeding a small army, I cut the recipe down (1 egg, 1/4 cup butter, 1 small can each of corn and cream corn, 3/4 box of corn muffin mix, 1/2 cup sour cream). I added a few slices of jalapeno, half of a small diced onion, and 1/4 green bell pepper. As the reviews suggested, I cooked it on 350 for 50 minutes. The result was great! An easy, economical, and tasty week night treat. Recommended!
