Oregon Salmon Patties
I suspected something was wrong when the liquid from the can only came to 1/4 cup (recipe said 3/4 so I added 1/2 cup water -- this was a mistake, patties were so wet I could not form them w/o putting in ALL the cracker crumbs).
I used Bumble Bee pink salmon; I wonder if the RED salmon would have yielded more liquid and better flavor, as my other complaint is that the taste was bland.
One more issue, and it may be due to a typo: recipe said 2/3 cup cracker crumbs, then later, in forming the patties, it said "use 1/3 of the cracker crumbs." One-third of the 2/3, or 1/3 of a cup? I assumed the latter.
I would try it again with red salmon, less liquid, and maybe more mustard or some hot sauce.
